Founded in Reading by Chris Van Kraayenburg, we have expanded to cover Wokingham, Bracknell, Yateley and Basingstoke. We aim to deliver a professional but personalised service and you will be dealing with named individuals, with Chris meeting all new clients personally.
We understand that buying, selling or renting out your property can be one of life’s most challenging processes, as well as often being a huge emotional decision. Our Expert Service
We tailor our services to suit you – we are able to guide you through the process, explain any relevant property law and advise on the best course of action for you. We are registered with Arla Propertymark (the Association of Residential Letting Agents) which is the professional body for the property sector and gives you the confidence that we will adhere to the Code of Practice for Lettings Agents, as well as being covered by the Client Money Protection (CMP) Scheme to protect your money.
We aim to keep our pricing as straightforward as possible and offer 3 lettings packages that are all clearly outlined depending on the level of assistance you require – with no hidden costs at a later stage. For sales we offer a straightforward package which is only payable once we have sold your property.
