From start to finish Chris Van Kraayenburg  has been very professional. Although very frustrating for us at times due to the sale of my house from across the ocean Canada Chris always answered all our queries quickly and got us over the finishing line.
Very pleasant to deal with and always went above and beyond to help and make things happen. Helped us with getting the fence fixed, house cleaners and even provided sleeping bed for when my son and husband went back for a visit since the house was almost empty and had no beds. Also helped sell and clear out the remaining furniture that was left for staging before the new owners took over the house.
He is wonderful! Thank you again Chris for all your hard work and commitment!

I've used Chris for over four years on multiple tenancy renewals for a single family home in Shinfield, Reading which my wife and I rent out.
