Director & Founder

’m Chris, the Director & Founder of Christopher Anthony Estate Agents. Property has always been more than just houses to me, it’s about people, relationships, and helping clients feel confident through every stage of their journey.

Over the years, I’ve built Christopher Anthony around honesty, communication, and a genuinely personal approach. Whether I’m supporting landlords with property management, helping clients understand the local market, or guiding someone through a major life decision, I believe in being approachable, transparent, and always available when clients need support.
I take great pride in building long term relationships with landlords, tenants, homeowners, and investors across the local area. For me, trust, reliability, and consistency are at the heart of what we do as a business.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, keeping active, and staying connected with the local community and property market. I’m passionate about continuing to grow Christopher Anthony whilst maintaining the friendly, personal service the business is known for.

Jolene Bresler

Lettings & Property Maintenance Manager

I am Jolene, the Lettings & Property Maintenance Manager at Christopher Anthony Estate Agents. I have been working closely with Chris for nearly three years and genuinely enjoy the work I do. Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with both landlords and tenants is a core priority for me and something I place great value on.

Outside of work, I am an avid animal lover, a self-confessed coffee enthusiast, and a passionate music fan, with tastes spanning from the 1960s through to today’s current hits.

In 2012, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS); however, this has not defined or limited me, and I continue to live life to the fullest with a positive and determined mindset.

I completed my Certificate in Business Studies in 2003 and began my career in the corporate environment as an Executive Personal Assistant. I later transitioned into a role supporting a plumbing engineer, before finding my true professional home working alongside Chris at Christopher Anthony Estate Agents, where I continue to thrive.

Sinjon

I’m Sinjon, and I’m proud to be part of the team at Christopher Anthony Estate Agents. I enjoy working closely with clients and being part of a business that focuses on genuine relationships, honest advice, and delivering a personal service from start to finish.

Property is a people focused industry, and that’s what I enjoy most. Whether I’m supporting landlords, helping manage day to day operations, or assisting clients throughout their property journey, I always aim to provide a professional, approachable, and reliable experience.

I take pride in being organised, proactive, and easy to work with, helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes whilst maintaining the high standards Christopher Anthony is known for.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, keeping up with the property market, and continuing to develop my knowledge within the industry. I’m passionate about being part of a growing business that puts people first and genuinely cares about the service it provides.

Ryan Winter

I’m Ryan, and I’m passionate about helping people navigate their property journey with confidence and clarity. For me, property has always represented opportunity, the opportunity to create a lifestyle, build a future, and work towards personal goals.

I grew up in Hampshire, where being surrounded by beautiful countryside gave me a strong appreciation for how nature and location can completely transform the feel and character of a property. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the UK by foot and bicycle, always looking for hidden gems and new places to discover.

Throughout my working life, I have focused on helping clients work towards their dreams, and I’m grateful to play a part in such an important stage of people’s lives whilst continuing to build my own journey at the same time.
I understand that every property sale is different and that every client has their own reasons, goals, and circumstances. My approach is centred around listening carefully, understanding what matters most to each client, and tailoring a strategy that helps prepare them for the journey ahead with reassurance, honesty, and support throughout the process.

Outstanding service from Chris in helping to sell my relatives property due to care home fees. Did meet other estate agents but found Chris to be energetic and knowledgeable about the local area. He has a real passion about property and gave a truly honest market valuation. I live several hours drive away from my relatives property but Chris was always available to fix minor issues at the property using his team – (mending a garden fence, property cleaning, removal and post collection). This is only the second house I have ever bought, the last one 36 years ago, so I am a complete newbie. Chris explains, very clearly, what needs to be done, and is there at every step of the process. However, whilst very professional, he still has time to chat about the small details, and answers questions he has most likely been asked a million times, as if it were the first. No question is a silly question. But Chris does not stop there, he is willing to help you even after the sale, for instance by putting you in contact with good trades people.
