Package 1:
Tenant Find
We’ll advertise your property for let and find a fantastic tenant. As part of our process, we’ll value your property to ensure you receive the right income, as well as complete all the necessary checks to give you comfort that your new tenant will be able to pay with no issues.
Fee:
One off fee of 75% of the first months rent + VAT (minimum fee of £750 + VAT).
No recurring fees.
Package 2:
Tenant Find & Rent Collection
As part of our Let & Collect package, we’ll not only find the perfect tenant for your property, but also collect the rent on your behalf. This takes away the administratitive burden of collections, ensuring a seamless monthly income from your property.
Fee:
One off set up fee of £416.67 + VAT.
Recurring monthly fee of 4% of rent + VAT.
Package 3:
Tenant Find, Rent Collection & Managed
Take the hassle out of owning a rental property, or portfolio, by allowing Christopher Anthony to manage your tenancy from start to finish. With regular inspections as well as repairs and maintenance managed, you’ll have nothing to worry about.
Fee:
One off set up fee of £500 + VAT.
Recurring monthly fee of 8% of rent + VAT.
