Outstanding service from Chris in helping to sell my relatives property due to care home fees. Did meet other estate agents but found Chris to be energetic and knowledgeable about the local area. He has a real passion about property and gave a truly honest market valuation. I live several hours drive away from my relatives property but Chris was always available to fix minor issues at the property using his team – (mending a garden fence, property cleaning, removal and post collection). Did receive an offer within two weeks but this fell through but Chris continued his excellent marketing and finally completed the sale. Which was such a relief in the current market. This is totally down to the proactive and sheer hard work carried out by Chris. Highly recommend.

We instructed Chris with the sale of the “in laws” property recently in Bordon Hampshire. Chris was responsive, did a great overall job for us and by organising an open day for possible buyers achieved a sale figure towards the top end of our expectations 👍 We would have no reservations in recommending him.

We recently bought our new home through Chris and we honestly don’t know what we would have done without him. From the very first viewing, he was kind, patient, always took the time to explain things clearly and gave advice when needed. Thanks to his hard work and care, we’re now happily settled in our new dream home. We’ll always be grateful and couldn’t recommend Chris more highly!

Chris has been working very professionally to find tenants for our house. He has done thorough checks on possible tenants and we have been very happy with all the lovely people he found. Chris has been very helpful with sorting the rent, checking in and making sure the the tenants and owners are happy. Very happy to recommend Chris to anyone thinking of letting their house or a room.

This is only the second house I have ever bought, the last one 36 years ago, so I am a complete newbie. Chris explains, very clearly, what needs to be done, and is there at every step of the process. However, whilst very professional, he still has time to chat about the small details, and answers questions he has most likely been asked a million times, as if it were the first. No question is a silly question. But Chris does not stop there, he is willing to help you even after the sale, for instance by putting you in contact with good trades people. I do not think you could ask anyone to provide better service or support and I would certainly recommend Chris and his business to anyone buying a home. Steven Pearce
